Gratitude Prayer to Great Spirit

Thank you Great Spirit.

Thank you Great Spirit for the breeze that kisses our cheek to remind us of forces felt but unseen. Forces of the North, East, South and West.

Thank you Great Spirit for the water that flows from the depths of the Earth as well as in our bodies connecting us to the great river of energy that penetrates all life.

Thank you Great Spirit for the Earth beneath our feet rich with minerals and dark moist fertility reminding us of the riches found in the dark and that which is yet to be born.

Thank you Great Spirit for the warm fire of the Sun that burns deep in our hearts. This fire that beats the drums of time reminding us to keep the faith, to praise and dance our way through this mystical journey that is Life.

Great Spirit we offer this prayer in gratitude and service now.

We pray for the air, the breath of Life. May it be cleansed of all impurities.

We pray for the water. May it flow freely again, unhindered and renewed to its glorious state of crystal clear life giving perfection.

We pray for the Earth, the rocks, the dark rich soil, the trees and plants. May they grow in health and abundance once again.

And Great Spirit we pray for the Sun that burns in our hearts. May it burn away all illusions of separation, reminding us we are one with you Great Spirit.
